General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all consulting services provided by Aron Bienge – your master carpenter online consulting.
2. Services
This is exclusively online consultation (Zoom, telephone, email).
No construction management, no construction execution, no binding plans or static calculations.
The advice is intended solely for professional assessment and support.
A brief documentation of the consultation will be provided by email, but does not serve as a binding construction plan.
3. Contract & Payment
Bookings are made via the website, by email or after written confirmation.
Payment is made in advance (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer, credit card).
4. Cancellation (DE/AT)
Customers in Germany and Austria have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The right of withdrawal expires if the service has already been provided.
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online services.
5. Customer responsibility
Implementation of the advice is the responsibility of the customer. Local regulations, standards, and safety requirements must be reviewed by the customer or specialist authorities prior to implementation.
6. Liability
Liability for the implementation, execution, or completeness of the advice is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g., in cases of intent or gross negligence) remains in effect.
7. Cancellations
Free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
After that or in case of non-appearance: full fee due.
8. Final provisions
The law of the country in which the consultant is based (Switzerland) applies.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of other countries remain unaffected.

Data collection, use and sharing
I hereby declare that the information you provide will be used exclusively for the purposes of restructuring advice. Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless you expressly grant me permission to do so.
Control over data
You have the right to request access to the personal data stored about you at any time. You can also make changes to your data or request its deletion, provided there are no statutory retention periods to the contrary. If you have any concerns about the use of your data, I am happy to answer your questions and clarify your concerns.
Data security
The security of your data is our top priority. I use technical and organizational measures to ensure appropriate protection of your information. This includes securely storing your data, encrypting sensitive information, and using reliable servers to ensure the integrity of your data.
